Jonah and Lacey Craymer became owners of NexGen Audio Visual Solutions in 2026, continuing a legacy that began in 1997 with founder Gerald Aldridge. Built on Christian values and principles, NexGen has always been more than a business—it is a company rooted in faith, family, and service. Today, NexGen is proud to be a woman-owned company, with Lacey serving as the majority owner, alongside her husband, Jonah, who oversees day-to-day operations, customer experience, and business growth.

For Lacey, NexGen has always felt like family. She is the niece of former owners Kurt and Cathy Aldridge, who faithfully carried the company forward when they acquired it from Gerald during his retirement. When Jonah and Lacey stepped into ownership, they did so with a deep commitment to honoring that legacy while preparing NexGen for future generations.

Jonah’s journey with NexGen began in 2013, when he started in the warehouse and worked his way into leadership through roles as a technician and project manager. His passion for audio visual technology began early as the sound technician for his school’s morning news and grew through years of involvement in school productions, marching band competitions, and serving on worship teams at their church. He is known for his dedication to excellence and his ability to build strong, personal relationships with clients.

Together, Jonah and Lacey lead NexGen with integrity, stewardship, and a commitment to consistent quality as they continue to advance the company’s mission of serving others through innovative, reliable audio visual solutions.
